Hello! I'm Kris, a 16 year old artist just starting out commissions. I work both digitally and traditionally and always open to learning new things.

Terms Of Service

I. CONDUCT
1. All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.
2. All reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is submitted.
3. Clear communication is required for accuracy
4. Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or canceled

II. PAYMENT
1. Commissions must be paid same day as when it's completed. Pay upfront after sketch is confirmed or 50/50.
2. Payment accepted in USD
3. Payment will only be requested via Cash App, Discord Nitro, Gift Cards and Robux

III. PROCESS
1. Commissions are generally expected to take around 2-5 days depending on complexity.
2. If there are any circumstances that delay commission completion, client will be informed.

IV. REVISIONS
1. Commission cannot be changed after payment has been submitted.
2. Unlimited revisions are given during the sketching process free of charge.
3. Revisions after the sketch stage will be charged extra.
4. No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.

V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY
1. I have the right to cancel the commission and refund the client at any time
2. There are NO refunds unless necessary
3. If client ceases contact for over 1 week, the commission will be canceled and no refunds will be issued.
4. Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting.

VI. COPYRIGHT + USAGE
1. Under no circumstances may my watermark be removed.
2. I, as the artist, reserve full rights to the work produced.
3. All commissions are for personal use ONLY
4. Client has the right to publish the work on social media but MUST credit me.
